Due to significant increases in product and material costs, some adjustments to our treatment costs has been unavoidable. We have done our absolute best to keep this to a minimum. We do hope you understand and thank you for your continued support.
New regulations introduced in April 2021 require all clients be ‘patch tested’ at least 48 hours prior to receiving the following treatments: Eyebrow & Eyelash tint, Lash lift and Hydra peel.
Patch tests are free for booking clients, performed by our trained staff, and are very quick and non-invasive. Due to the new guidelines we cannot administer the above treatments without performing the patch tests. Please contact the salon if you have any questions.
Our Client Questionnaire and Salon Procedures forms must be completed, signed and returned to us no later than 24 hours before your planned appointment. We cannot accept clients without this. In addition a parent or guardian must sign and return the Child Consent form before we can accept under sixteens.

Beauty on the Bridge is collaboration born from two individuals with many year’s experience in the beauty industry. Rina and Lynsey have known each other for over 25 years and have, collectively, more than fifty years in the industry. They have independently helped others to build successful and thriving salons and have trained and mentored more than fifty beauty therapists.
Beauty on the Bridge provides a unique salon experience with customer satisfaction at the root of every treatment and product offered.
With a no-jargon approach the team explain each treatment clearly. With a greater understanding of their treatments and products you are assured only the right treatments will be advised and that they will be administered to the highest standards.
Over the years we’ve tested many products, but come to love and trust just a few. Starting a new salon means we get to cherry pick only those products and treatments meeting our high expectation levels.
Of course we don't promise miracles, but we do promise to do our very best to help you achieve the look and feel your heart desires and you deserve.

Parental consent needed for all teenage treatments (under 16's).

Cancellations really do hurt our business, therefore we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. A 50% booking fee maybe taken to secure your appointment.

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase, these have no cash value and are redeemed against treatments only. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Clients are asked to protect gift vouchers and treat as cash, if lost ot stolen they cannot be replaced.

Beauty on the bridge reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the vouchers from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

No heat treatments at least 8 hours prior to any waxing treatment, avoid deodorants, perfumed products, sunbeds and swimming for at least 24 hours after your treatment.

Patch test required for eyelash and eyebrow tinting.

These records are not passed on to any third party and are kept securely using encrypted software services such as Google, Amazon, One Drive etc. In all cases access to data is via a password protected software interface and is not otherwise available outside of the Beauty on the Bridge company network. In the case of paper-based information then this is held securely under lock and key.
